Please download and install (one time only) to make your Encourager Software Products - Registration Ready. After successful install, the installation progam is deleted (IF run from the EXE version).

NOT needed for Product Scope 7.9 or EZChangeLog Reporter 1.7 FULL installs.

Or if previous Product Scope 7.8.377 has been updated by 7.9 webupdate methods.

Or if EZChangeLog Reporter 1.5 has been updated by 1.7 webupdate methods.

Upgrading to Product Scope 7.9 - Previous Product Scope 7 users (7.5.337 or earlier) need to use the conversion program and follow the detailed instructions in the PDF, available on this page.

Product Scope 7.8.377 - Use V7.9 FULL install or webupdate method (Check for updates - Start Menu) to upgrade.

If you previously installed Product Scope 7.8 Viewer, we recommend the following since it's included in the Product Scope 7.9 download AND you can try the FULL features of Product Scope 7 and Product Scope 7 Clipboard in a 30 day trial period!

Backup the files in this folder where (user account) is the name of the User Account for your computer.

C:\Users\(user account)\Documents\Encourager Software\Product Scope 7 - For example - This would be the location if your User Account is named - Owner

C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Encourager Software\Product Scope 7

Uninstall Product Scope 7 Viewer - Install Product Scope 7.9 - Restore the files you backed up to the User Account folder.

* Right click on file - click on Troubleshoot compatibility - Detecting Issues - Resolving Issues

* Click on Troubleshoot program - The program worked in earlier versions... Click on Next button - Highlight Windows Vista - Click on Next Button

* Click on Start the program - Click on Shield icon (install program loads in taskbar)

* Complete install program first, then - Click on Next - Save these settings - Close the troubleshooter
